Health Mission
My mission is my "why". I would define it as a heart driven passion for true change! I struggled for years with many health issues as I watched my parents as a young child feel helpless and wanting answers. I wish someone would have asked me the simplest question, like "what are you eating?" So here I am today, in service for you to get to the root cause of so many systemic diseases.

Nutritional Therapy Coaching
Free 15 minute discovery call to discuss goals and recommendations on how to achieve them. Also, a full nutritional & lifestyle questionnaire along with a food and mood journal. All paperwork and intake forms are digital through via Nutri-Q. After all paperwork is completed along with 5 full days of food and mood journal, all forms will be analyzed and recommendations will be created from there. The first visit as a client, we will go over my findings and recommendations to start your healing process. There will also be a follow-up visit 2 weeks after recommendations start. Any time between those 2 weeks, communication will still be open. This plan can be 3 or 6 month plan, that will include 6 follow-up visits with the 6 month plan. If additional visits are needed, pricing will be discussed prior to visits.
Grocery Item Swap Out
If you are looking to find grocery items that are more nutrient dense, then this is a simple plan for you! This plan is as simple as just sending me your grocery list, then I will do the rest of the work.
